Executive Summary
The Odisha Vikash Conclave (OVC) 2025, held on 26–27 November 2025, focused on the theme “Pathways to Climate-Resilient and People-Centric Development.” Organised in collaboration with the Government of Odisha, UNFPA, and over 45 partner organisations, the conclave brought together nearly 800 participants from government, academia, civil society, corporate organisations, community institutions, and youth networks. Through five thematic pillars and multiple technical sessions, the conclave explored pathways for building a climate-resilient, inclusive, and people-centric Odisha by strengthening ecosystem restoration, advancing just transitions, promoting climate-smart livelihoods, leveraging data and technology for governance, and fostering community leadership to achieve the vision of Odisha @2036.
