The “Odisha Development Report” is an attempt to assess the present situation; identify key areas of concern and constraints in achieving inclusive growth, discuss the development initiatives taken up by different actors and provide a comprehensive view of the contemporary issues and challenges that impact the state’s growth, development and sustainability.
